Hobby and Project

My hobby has stepped up to become a project. I am not so sure how many Christmas Cards I can make before Christmas. It is fun for sure and it sure kept me busy, so I decided to continue and see if I can make as many as possible. For fact, I have been thinking of tons of ideas to make myself busy being at home. This is something I love to do and enjoy while the time flies by...One thing I might want to do is speed up so I can make A LOT more CARDS! So far,just 9...Long~ way to go...

Taste Satisfactor

Korean Beef Dumplings (Mandu)
Dumpling shells (Mandu shells)
1/2 grounded Beef
1/2 Onion or Scallion
3 tbsp of Soysauce
1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
2 clove of Garlic
1 egg

Mix everything together.  Shell on one hand and take a spoonful in the middle of the shell.  Close up the shell in half and slide water at the other half edge to glue it together.
Dip-fry or steam the dumplings.
Other option is to butter the dumplings and put it in the oven for about 25 min on 350 degree.
Use whatever sauce that pleases you.  Usually soysauce or sweet chilli sauce...
