Cherishing the Moment like a real chef!

It's been so long but I wanted to get back as soon as possible and share this greatest memory with all of you.  There were so much confusions and craziness going on that I still don't even know what is what.  Now I just want to cherish the happy moments.  Negative is gone and lets talk about the positiveness.
My husband took me to this winery with beautiful vineyards and awesome hotel, Chateau Elan! Everything was surprise!  It was so beautiful that I cried in the bathroom with mixed emotion like a baby.  I have to say that I felt so much love*_*  Best part of the trip was the cooking class with Chef Michael.  We made the best Indian food and met some crazy people we never knew before.  Food was the best of course thinking I wonder why people go to culinary school.  I had the best birthday outing of my life.  Adding to this, my children sang happy birthday to me after we came back and that was SWEETEST ever!!!  My older one said "We want to sing happy birthday to you."  and they sang.  I cried once more.  Thanks to my loving inlaw parents for watching them for us while we were gone.
God had granted me another chance of life to love and cherish.  The Lord is showing me so many things!
Good food connects our family together, how about you?

I felt like a real chef!

Potsticker Life

Did I tell you that I love making these mondu? They are so delicious. It's not because I'm an Asian, it's the world renowned potstickers!  I should make a video showing how to make them. Good idea? It seems that DIY is getting more popular these days. It's definitely cheaper and more fun!!! Definitely more delicious! Everything in life seems ok when tasty food goes into your mouth and it sticks to you!  Per me!

Easy Korean Pancake

Flour, water, egg, salt and peppers or seasoning to your taste, vegies like onion, carrots, zukinni. Shrimp would taste very good in it too. I used green onion and carrots today. I wished I had some chives which is my favorite kind of Korean pancake that I grew up with when I was little.

Chicken Parmesan

My loving husband loves to try recipes  from scratch. He even made the sauce from scratch. Thanks to the advanced technology. We now use online access to the recipes a whole lot.
